BeefBrothers Changes Ownerships Structure

Creative and strategy agency BeefBrothers changed its ownership structure as of June 1. Ondřej Drábek became majority owner with a 65% stake, Ewing Group now holds 30%, and Veronika Pešková, the agency’s client services director, became a new partner with a 5% stake.

“The changes to the ownership structure are the result of our long-term plan and older agreements with Ondřej Drábek,” Pavlína Rieselová of Ewing Group said. “It was logical to make the change now along with the announcement of a new partner, Veronika Pešková, who earned her stake as a result of her years of work for the company,” Drábek added.
